Rebuilding the sill

First I used some aluminium mesh, as a base. My attempt to fix this down with a layer of fibreglass failed miserably, so I resorted to just using the resin to stick the mesh in place first, and then will add fibreglass tomorrow.

Lots of filler.

Then paint & lacquer.

It ain't perfect, but for a lock-down repair, it'll do.
