Airborne

 With some hassle, I got the car up on blocks and axle stands. I started at the back, intending to put a pair of hefty wooden blocks underneath. Unfortunately the blocks got in the way of releaseing the jacking bar, so I decided that I had to put the axle stands under the front first, and leave the jacking bar in place. So, I jacked up the front and put in the axle stands. That then tilted the car down so far at the back that I couldnt get the jack & its bar back in place! So I then had to jack up one side after another, to the point I could get a plank under each rear wheel, raising the back by a few centimeters, and then get the jack bar under the centre, lift it up and get blocks under the rear cross bar. Phew!
